L’OASIS

Nestled in the heart of the small fishing village of La Napoule, L’Oasis, a historic address for French Riviera gastronomy, is writing a new gastronomic chapter.

Entirely reinterpreted in 2020, the legendary establishment, symbol of rue Jean Honoré Carle, reopens its doors and immerses its guests in an intimate universe, combining contemporary and Provençal inspirations, noble and natural materials, works of art and scents of his garden so that all the pleasures of the senses are born.

We decided to postpone the opening of the restaurant to meet you, share together our delicacies and flavors around a hot drink or the menu of our Cellar, orchestrated by our Sommelier and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015, Pascal Paulze .

For 25 years, Pascal Paulze has been building a cellar as rich, diverse as it is enlightened, undoubtedly one of the most prestigious in the South of France. From confidential nectars to the biggest labels, it is with open hearts and noses that Pascal invites us on a journey of the senses. May fine palates rejoice! This Friday, December 17, Pascal Paulze will inaugurate La Cave de L’Oasis where his oenological treasures will beg to be yours!

LE BISTROT DE  L’OASIS

Nestled in the heart of the **** Ermitage de L’Oasis hotel facing the port of Napoule, in the bay of Cannes, Le Bistrot de L’Oasis enjoys an ideal location facing the Mediterranean and along the Riou .

Its patio, its warm and resolutely bistro room, its decoration steeped in history, its terrace with open-air cafes and its landing stage are all assets for spending a moment as friendly as it is confidential.

Breakfast, lunch, aperitif or dinner: from morning until nightfall, Le Bistrot de l’Oasis punctuates its days according to the Riviera agenda.

The pianos of this authentic bistronomic restaurant have been entrusted to chef Richard Vicens since 2020.

Originally from the region, the chef has forged a solid experience alongside big names in gastronomy such as Alain Ducasse at Beige in Tokyo. He also made his guests travel at the helm of the ***** Hotel Saint Roch in Courchevel and then of the Relais & Châteaux Saint-Paul in the famous artist village of Saint-Paul de Vence.

If this young chef fell into the “pot of flavors” from an early age, he continues to decline his profession with passion. A passion for sharing which, beyond the pleasure of the table, draws its influence from the riches of the land that he is keen to shape and promote through a menu made of authentic flavors.

“PASSIONATELY LOCAL”

Strongly attached to the quality and origin of the products he works with, Richard Vicens works with local producers, uncompromisingly advocating the short circuit … even very short! At the head of two gourmet houses from the Barbossi Collection, “the child of the country” visits the permaculture vegetable garden of the Domaine de Barbossi in Mandelieu-La Napoule every morning: a supply a few beats of the wings of his piano which inspires so much. suggestions of the day such as the famous “Chef’s Menu”, a taste surprise without a trailer, to be discovered in the cozy atmosphere of the Bistrot de l’Oasis.

Only a few minutes from Cannes and the animation of the famous Croisette, the restaurant L’Arbre Jaune offers a unique moment, in the heart of an oasis of calm and serenity.

Facing the Barbossi golf course and its greens nestled in the Esterel mountains, the restaurant offers Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, prepared daily with fresh products grown in the Domaine.

Family lunch, business dinners, a quick snack or just to enjoy a delicious cocktail in one of the most pleasant terraces of the French Riviera : our menu, suitable for all tastes, seduces by its freshness and creativity.

The Restaurant L’Arbre Jaune is open every day for lunch,  and for private events on the evening.
